HVAC Maintenance Contract in Lee’s Summit – Prevent Future A/C & Furnace Problems

Maintaining your HVAC system is important to avoid costly repairs, air conditioning or furnace problems or downtime that could have serious results in inclement weather.  Air conditioner or furnace problems can arise simply from a lack of use during the off-season, and a multi-point check is a great way to make sure you aren’t left to battle the elements. With an A&D Heating & Cooling maintenance agreement, you can rest assured that your home is in good hands, and you’ll enjoy a 10% preferred customer discount on all services.

How Does an HVAC Maintenance Contract Prevent A/C & Furnace Problems?

Twice a year, you will have a routine maintenance call with a certified A&D Heating & Cooling technician where they will perform a 14-point heat tune-up on your furnace (in the fall prior to the winter season) and a 14 point start-up on your air conditioner (in the spring prior to the summer season). This checks for common causes for air conditioner and furnace problems in your home or business.

All of the labor performed is warranted for 30 days and parts for up to 1 year. Additionally HVAC maintenance contract clients receive priority over non-home service agreement holders during scheduling.
