What recommendations do you have for maintaining our heating and cooling system?

Does A&D Heating & Cooling offer service contracts?
We offer one, two or three-year service contracts that take the error out of forgetting to schedule tune-ups. Our heating and cooling service contracts also include savings on labor and non-warrantied parts and guarantee preferential service ahead of non-contracted customers.
With rising heating and cooling costs, should I consider replacing my furnace or AC?
Typically a system that is more than 15 years old is running at an efficiency level of 55 percent. (They were only 65 percent when new.)
